Here at Dotique, we have a vast range of stunning dresses in differing colours and styles available from size 2 to size 26 from our specially selected Prom designers including Tiffanys, Morilee, Manon and Prom Frocks all exclusive to us here in Chesterfield.  With over 300 dresses to choose from we are one of the largest prom specialists in the midlands. We offer one to one appointments to allow you to try as many styles as you wish so you can confidently select the dress of your dreams and 'Say YES to the Dress'. Appointments are always free with no obligation to buy!

Wardrobe Refresh

Available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Book in for a 1:1 styling appointment to update your wardrobe with a complimentory glass of fizz or a cup of tea or coffee. We never pressure our customers to buy and  hope you have an enjoyable experience where you may find additional key items to fill any missing voids in your wardobe. We work with existing key pieces you already have to create capsule wardrobes for effortless dressing.


UK Delivery is FREE when you spend over £75, for all other orders P&P is £3.99. 

We aim to post your item(s) the next working day and use Second Class as standard, which takes 2 - 3 days. However due to the current lockdown situation these may take a little longer.

We accept returns of new items, which are unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached, if we receive them within 14 days of purchase and you have provided proof of purchase for a refund (by way of original payment).

Please do not send your purchase(s) back to the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any unwanted items we receive after this time period and these will be sent back to you without reimbursement of postage.

With a brief note explaining the reason for the return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 - 3 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received confirmation from us of a refund but haven’t received it yet, please ensure you have left 3 days for it to reach your account. If it is still not showing, please contact your Credit Card company and/or Bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note if we cannot identify whether something is faulty, we will send through to our suppliers for them to investigate which may lead to a short delay. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
