The upper is crafted from high quality supple natural leather. -Supportive footbed technology makes them addictively comfy - 3 fully adjustable straps for a customised fit -Optimal elevated heel - Embossed Strive Logo on all straps to give a premium finish to the design -Soft, breathable, natural leather sock -Cushioned micro-fibre lining.

The unique contours of our Biomechanical Footbed TechnologyTM work to support your feet in their natural position so they may feel 'different.

We recommend wearing the footwear for one hour on the first day, two hours on the second day and three hours on the third day for a smooth wearing process.

You will be required to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees, to the courier before your delivery is made. Costs incurred by us through orders being returned due to non-payment of duties and taxes or where the parcel has been refused will be deducted from your refund.

International orders are not charged UK VAT.

We accept returns of new items, which are unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached, if we receive them within 14 days of purchase and you have provided proof of purchase for a refund (by way of original payment).

Please do not send your purchase(s) back to the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any unwanted items we receive after this time period and these will be sent back to you without reimbursement of postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 - 3 days.

International Orders

If you returned the goods within the timescales above and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item. Delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.

We will not refund Import Duties & taxes paid in your country if you return your order. Costs incurred by us through orders being returned due to non-payment of duties and taxes or where the parcel has been refused will be deducted from your refund.


If you have received confirmation from us of a refund but haven’t received it yet, please ensure you have left 3 days for it to reach your account. If it is still not showing, please contact your Credit Card company and/or Bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Having done the above but still not received your refund please contact us and we will investigate.

Please note if we cannot identify whether something is faulty, we will send through to our suppliers for them to investigate which may lead to a short delay.
