What a night at Dotique Witney!

On Thursday 29 October 2026, we brought our Autumn Fashion Show to No.14 in Wesley Walk, Witney. The room was packed, and I was overwhelmed by the love and support. Thank you to everyone who came — it meant so much to see you there.

Across seven sections, Tillie, Emma, Jacqui, Stephanie, Milly, Thea and Annie brought our autumn collections to life. From MUNTHE and Highland Romance to denim, colour and occasionwear, this is the show in running order, with outfit ideas and links to the pieces.

MUNTHE: print, texture and detail

An opening celebration of Scandinavian design, print and texture. We balanced statement pieces with clean trousers and used tonal looks to let fabric and silhouette shine.

01 Thea's look

Thea opened with two of MUNTHE’s most distinctive finishes: fluid animal print and light-catching gunmetal sequins. The neutral palette connects them, allowing the contrast in texture to do the work. It is a useful way to approach occasion dressing when you want something interesting without relying on bright colour.

02 Emma's look

We paired MUNTHE’s sequin poncho with black Brax Mary Winter Dream jeans to show how an embellished piece can work with everyday denim. The straight leg gives the loose poncho a clear shape underneath, while the simple black base keeps the focus on the knit’s texture and sparkle.

03 Jacqui's look

Jacqui wearing a blue MUNTHE cardigan and printed pleated skirt at Dotique’s Witney fashion show

The blue of Jacqui’s MUNTHE cardigan draws out the cooler tones in the Charming skirt, giving the print a natural partner. We liked the contrast between soft alpaca knitwear and crisp pleats: the cardigan brings warmth, while the skirt keeps the outfit moving. It is a combination that makes a printed midi feel useful beyond an occasion.

04 Milly's look

Milly modelling the indigo MUNTHE Baynor top and Obey wide-leg trousers

Milly’s Baynor top and Obey trousers show the appeal of wearing one colour from top to bottom. The shared indigo tone connects the pieces, while the wide leg gives the outfit its relaxed shape. We chose the pair to show how coordinated separates can feel as considered as a dress, with more ways to wear them afterwards.

05 Tillie's look

Tillie’s look was about giving black different textures. The sequins on the MUNTHE jacket and the Rosemunde top’s lace trim bring detail to the upper half, while washed-black Sofie Schnoor barrel jeans make the combination feel relaxed. Their curved shape also gives an alternative to the slim trousers often paired with an evening jacket.

06 Annie's look

Annie modelling the black MUNTHE Valence top and printed Vuzia skirt

Annie’s MUNTHE outfit balances a detailed top with a fluid skirt. The Valence top brings sequins, fringe and movement, while the Vuzia skirt introduces warmer camel tones and print. Keeping the colours restrained allows those different finishes to work together, creating an evening look with more character than a plain black combination.

07 Stephanie's look

Rust-red MAC cords give Stephanie’s cream MUNTHE layers a warmer autumn palette. We used the Fortunato blouse beneath the Vitalism vest to bring contrasting textures together, then balanced the layered top half with a wide trouser leg. The cords also make the vest’s sequins feel at home in a daytime outfit.

Highland Romance

Our country-inspired section brought heritage checks, tartan, equestrian details and rich autumn colours into modern outfits.

08 Emma's look

Emma’s green Vilagallo coat brings a strong block of colour to the printed shirt, while black MAC faux-leather trousers give the outfit a simple base. We liked the contrast between wool, print and a smooth trouser finish. It gives the coat a different feel from wearing it with conventional tailoring.

09 Thea's look

The cream in Thea’s Part Two cardigan links naturally to the ecru Red Button jeans, while the coffee-brown Rino & Pelle waistcoat deepens the palette. We wanted to show how several neutral layers can still feel interesting: the cardigan supplies the pattern, and the lighter denim stops the browns becoming too heavy.

10 Milly's look

Milly wearing the Tiny Big Sister geese jumper with dark-green checked Robell trousers

Milly’s Tiny Big Sister geese jumper and green checked Robell trousers make a useful example of mixing patterns at different scales. The larger motifs on the knit stand apart from the smaller trouser check, so each remains clear. The dark olive base gives the playful jumper a more grounded autumn feel.

11 Tillie's look

Tillie’s tartan skirt provided the starting point for this colour combination. We drew out its blue and green tones with the American Vintage cardigan and Noella jacket, so the separate pieces feel connected. The short skirt also gives the layered knitwear and jacket a lighter proportion, finished here with dark tights and boots.

12 Jacqui's look

Jacqui’s outfit explores burgundy through different textures rather than adding lots of competing colours. The Vilagallo houndstooth jacket brings pattern, velvet trousers add depth, and the American Vintage scarf introduces a softer finish. Repeating related tones gives the look cohesion while allowing each fabric to remain distinct.

13 Annie's look

We used navy velvet to frame the detail of Annie’s Vilagallo Ferris Wheel shirt. The Red Button trousers and Vilagallo blazer share that deeper blue tone, while the white shirt brings light to the centre of the outfit. Its illustrated print gives the combination personality without losing the connection between the separate pieces.

14 Stephanie's look

Stephanie’s HV Society cape and horse-print blouse offered a natural starting point for our Highland Romance section. Brown Brax Mary Winter Dream jeans keep the equestrian references relaxed, while their colour sits comfortably alongside the camel cape. The cape’s open shape also leaves room for the blouse’s print to remain part of the outfit.

Colour combinations to try

This section was about encouraging everyone to experiment with colour instead of automatically reaching for black.

15 Emma's look

Emma’s pink Milano cardigan and prune Robell trousers show how a deeper colour can support a brighter one. Prune gives the pink a richer autumn setting while keeping the palette softer than a sharp black contrast. With two clear blocks of colour, the outfit needs very little additional detail.

16 Jacqui's look

Jacqui modelling the Dolcezza printed jacket and lime trousers at Dotique’s Autumn Fashion Show in Witney

Jacqui’s lime trousers take their cue from the colour within the Dolcezza print. We paired them with the wrap-effect top and coordinating jacket so the brighter shade feels part of the whole outfit. The plain trousers give the eye a pause between the printed pieces, while the repeated colours keep the combination connected.

17 Annie's look

Annie modelling this outfit at Dotique’s Autumn Fashion Show in Witney

Annie’s Dolcezza dress and coordinating jacket continue the same red-and-black story across both pieces. We chose them together so the outfit keeps its character with the jacket on or off. The dress provides the main shape, while the jacket makes it easier to carry the look into cooler weather.

18 Milly's look

Milly modelling a yellow American Vintage cardigan with burgundy Red Button trousers

The yellow American Vintage cardigan brings light to Milly’s deep burgundy Red Button trousers. We liked both the colour contrast and the difference in texture: a soft knit against a smooth faux-leather finish. It is a way to bring a brighter cardigan into autumn without abandoning the richer tones of the season.

19 Thea's look

Thea wearing a pale-blue Stella Nova bow blouse and chocolate-brown Paige Anessa jeans

Thea’s pale-blue Stella Nova blouse softens the depth of the chocolate Paige jeans. The bow neckline adds detail above the clean, wide-leg shape of the Anessa, so the outfit has a clear balance between a decorative top and simpler trousers. Blue and brown also offer a colour combination that feels gentle rather than stark.

20 Tillie's look

Tillie’s Nümph pullover carries green stripes through its fig base, giving the Jasmine Green vest a colour to connect with. Espresso Red Button Caitlina trousers add a darker foundation and a contrasting faux-leather finish. We chose the curved leg to give this layered knitwear combination a different silhouette from a conventional straight trouser.

21 Stephanie's look

Stephanie’s ME369 shirt and trousers share the Red Aura palette, which brings their different prints and graphic details together. We chose the full combination to show how repeating colour can make a bolder outfit feel coherent. The straight-leg track-pant shape keeps the result relaxed, even with so much detail in the shirt.

Easy outfits for every day

Everyday outfits were about great jeans and trousers, modern shapes and easy layers to wear again and again.

22 Emma's look

Emma’s cognac MAC jeans and coffee-brown Rino & Pelle jacket pick up the warmer tones in the Milano leopard blouse. That shared palette lets the print feel integrated into the outfit. The bow neckline provides a softer detail against the substantial outer layer, giving the combination interest around the face as well as through colour.

23 Annie's look

We paired Annie’s beetroot Stella Nova top with dark MAC bootcut jeans to give the frilled neckline a simple backdrop. The pale Mocha Latte jacket lightens the combination and brings out the depth of the berry shade. A bootcut leg balances the volume of the outer layer without adding another competing detail.

24 Thea's look

Thea’s Paige barrel jeans introduce a curved silhouette, so we paired them with the relatively simple shape of the Noella cardigan. Its large argyle pattern supplies the interest above the denim. The soft colour mix keeps the outfit relaxed and shows how a familiar knit can work with a different jean shape.

25 Milly's look

Milly’s white Stella Nova blouse brings embroidery and a scalloped hem to a classic denim pairing. The cropped length meets the high rise of the Paige Laurel Canyon jeans, allowing the blouse’s edge to stay visible. The bootcut leg adds a gentle flare below, balancing the detail and width of the blouse.

26 Jacqui's look

Jacqui’s purple Milano blouse is the focus of this outfit, with black Robell Britt trousers providing a simple foundation. We kept the lower half plain so the colour, bow neckline and sleeves could be seen clearly. It shows how one detailed blouse can change the feel of trousers already in your wardrobe.

27 Tillie's look

Tillie wearing a multicoloured striped Stella Nova cardigan with Red Button Caitlina trousers in Espresso

We paired Tillie’s colourful Stella Nova cardigan with Red Button Caitlina trousers in Espresso to pick up the knit’s dark brown edging. The smooth faux-leather finish contrasts with the chunky wool blend, while the plain trousers give the bold stripes room to stand out. It’s an easy way to bring colour into an everyday outfit.

28 Stephanie's look

Stephanie’s HV Society skirt and jacket create a coordinated base for the burgundy Nobody’s Child cardigan. We chose that richer knit to introduce colour between the matching pieces, with its crochet trim adding another texture. The short skirt keeps the proportions distinct from a trouser suit while still giving the outfit a tailored structure.

Gym+Coffee

Comfortable, coordinated off-duty pieces showed another side of the Dotique wardrobe.

29 Thea's look

Thea’s Cherry Crush Gym+Coffee set shows how a single colour can make casual pieces feel deliberately put together. The Sierra sweatshirt’s snap collar adds detail at the neckline, while the close-fitting leggings balance its more relaxed shape. We chose the matching shade to keep the outfit cohesive without needing extra layers.

30 Tillie's look

Tillie’s Twilight Navy set offers a quieter colour choice within the Gym+Coffee section. Wearing the crewneck and leggings in the same shade gives the outfit continuity, while their different proportions keep the shape clear. It is a straightforward combination for days when comfort is the starting point and you still want to feel put together.

31 Emma's look

Emma wearing the Gym+Coffee Ballet Pink Industry fleece and Mocha Bean flares

We paired Emma’s Ballet Pink Industry fleece with Mocha Bean flares to give the soft pink a warm brown partner. The fleece adds cosy texture, while the flared leg balances its relaxed shape. It shows how comfortable Gym+Coffee pieces can make a complete everyday outfit, with colour doing much of the styling.

A little more individuality

Elisa Cavaletti and Tiny Big Sister each brought their own character to the evening.

32 Jacqui's look

Jacqui’s Elisa Cavaletti blouse and trousers keep the colour story in chocolate brown, allowing the lace and decorative details to stand out. We chose a tonal pairing so the outfit’s interest comes from texture rather than contrast. The longer trouser line also balances the intricate blouse without introducing another focal point.

33 Milly's look

Milly’s Tiny Big Sister outfit links its bicolour denim through repeated touches of red. The jacket and trouser pockets make the strongest colour connection, while the white shirt’s red embroidered collar carries that detail through the centre. The white also provides a lighter break between the denim pieces, helping each part of the outfit remain visible.

The finale

We finished with confident colour, occasionwear, lace and interesting tailoring — proof that dressing up should still feel like you.

34 Annie's look

Annie’s cobalt Atom Label jumpsuit provides a strong, continuous colour beneath the grey Frank Lyman jacket. We chose the cooler grey to complement the blue, with diamanté bringing light and texture to the upper half. The jumpsuit’s uninterrupted line keeps the outfit clear even with the jacket’s decorative finish.

35 Thea's look

Thea’s Sofie Schnoor lace-sequin top and midi skirt share the same texture, creating the continuity of a dress through two separate pieces. We wanted to show an occasion option that could later be divided into different outfits. Keeping the fabrics coordinated allows the lace and sparkle to remain the main detail.

36 Tillie's look

Tillie wearing pale-blue Elisa Cavaletti knitwear and gilet with ecru Paige jeans

Tillie’s ecru Paige jeans create a light foundation for the pale-blue Elisa Cavaletti jumper and blue-and-beige gilet. The blue carries through both layers, while the beige connects softly to the denim. We chose this palette to show that autumn layering can feel substantial and textured without relying on dark colours.

37 Milly's look

Milly’s Fabienne Chapot outfit repeats the rose motif in two different ways: a textured flower on the jumper and a smaller print across the skirt. The shared black background and pink tones connect the pieces. We liked how the knit brings warmth to a flowing midi, making the floral skirt feel useful through autumn.

38 Jacqui's look

Jacqui modelling her black and ivory Elisa Cavaletti blouse and jacket with black trousers

Jacqui’s black-and-ivory Elisa Cavaletti blouse and jacket combine print with a more substantial texture. Plain black trousers give those two pieces space to work together and keep the lower half simple. Repeating the monochrome palette is what connects the outfit, even though each fabric has a different finish.

39 Stephanie's look

Stephanie’s chocolate Atom Label jumpsuit and brown Frank Lyman jacket take a tonal approach to occasionwear. The related shades keep the outfit cohesive, while the jacket’s diamanté adds contrast through light rather than colour. We chose the pairing to show how brown can carry an evening look with the same confidence as black.

40 Emma's look

Emma’s powder-pink Elisa Cavaletti blouse and jacket carry a soft colour through the top half of the outfit. We paired them with the printed jeans to bring the decorative pieces into a more relaxed combination. The jeans add a different finish while preserving the gentle palette, giving the finale a lighter closing look.
