Dotique Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
We hope you love your new pieces from Dotique, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return window:
You can return items bought online within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return cost:
Returns are customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Condition of items:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Please take care when trying on items — especially knitwear and lighter fabrics.
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings or opened beauty products.

Once your return arrives with us, please allow up to 5 working days for processing.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any unwanted items we receive after this time period and these will be sent back to you without reimbursement of postage.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or colour, please send your item back as above.
You can either:

place a new order straight away, or

contact us and we’ll hold the item for you where possible.
In-Store Returns
Items bought in-store can be returned within 7 days for a refund, exchange or store credit.

International Orders
If you returned the goods within the timescales above and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item. Delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.
We will not refund Import Duties & taxes paid in your country if you return your order. Costs incurred by us through orders being returned due to non-payment of duties and taxes or where the parcel has been refused will be deducted from your refund.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please send us an email to sophie@dotique.co.uk and send your item to: Returns Department, DOTIQUE, 296/8 Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S40 2BY. Please note if we cannot identify whether something is faulty, we send through to our suppliers for them to investigate which may lead to a short delay.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
