Dotique Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
We hope you love your new pieces from Dotique, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return window:
Full-price items bought online can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Return cost:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Condition of items:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Please take care when trying on items — especially knitwear and lighter fabrics.
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings or opened beauty products.

Once your return arrives with us, please allow up to 5 working days for processing.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Unwanted items received outside the return window will be sent back to you without reimbursement of postage.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or colour, please send your item back as above.
You can either:

place a new order straight away, or

contact us and we’ll hold an item for you where possible.
In-Store Returns
Items bought in-store can be returned within 7 days for a refund, exchange or store credit.

International Orders
If you returned the goods within the timescales above and the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a refund for the price paid for the item.
Delivery costs will not be refunded.
We will not refund import duties or taxes paid in your country for returned items.
Costs incurred by us through orders being returned due to non-payment of duties or where the parcel has been refused will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please email sophie@dotique.co.uk and send your item to:

Please note that if we cannot determine the fault, the item may be sent to the supplier for investigation.
Sale Items
Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
