Do I need to book an appointment for Mother of the Bride?
Yes please — we always recommend booking so we can make sure one of our lovely team is free to help you properly. It’s a special moment and we want you to enjoy every minute.

Can I try on prom dresses in-store?
Yes absolutely, we’d love to help — please do book first so we can get everything ready for you and make sure someone’s on hand to help you find your dream dress.

Where’s the nearest place to park?
We’ve got free customer parking right behind the shop. Just turn left down the little street before the traffic lights (you’ll spot the sign), and you’ll find the spaces round the back. Nice and easy.
Can I return an item bought in-store?
Yes — we offer exchanges or credit notes on full-price items returned within 7 days, as long as they’re unworn with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and are non-returnable. If you’re unsure, just ask one of the team.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards system?
We do! Every time you shop with us in-store, you collect points through our Dotique Rewards system. It’s our little way of saying thank you — and your points soon add up to money off future purchases. Just ask one of the team next time you’re in and we’ll make sure you’re signed up.
