You will be required to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees, to the courier before your delivery is made. Please check these charges in your country before placing your order. Costs incurred by us through orders being returned due to non-payment of duties and taxes or where the parcel has been refused will be deducted from your refund.
Prices do not include UK VAT for International orders.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an email with all the details. Just so you know, this is simply to confirm we’ve received your order – it doesn’t mean it’s been accepted just yet.
In some rare cases, we may not be able to accept your order. This could be due to things like payment not being authorised, delivery restrictions for certain items, the item being out of stock, or if something doesn’t meet the high standards we hold for our products.
We also reserve the right to decline an order or transaction for any reason, at any time, if necessary. This might mean removing an item from the website (whether or not it's already been ordered), editing or removing content from the site, or cancelling a transaction after it’s started.
We’ll always do our very best to keep things running smoothly, but please understand we won’t be held responsible to you or anyone else if we have to take any of these actions.
WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
Deliveries will be made by courier and will always require a signature, just so we know your order has safely reached its destination.
If you are unavailable when the courier tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or leave a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
- Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our boutique all items are subject to availability.
- We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed courier.
