The Story Behind the Brand
LIV BERGEN was founded in 2012 by Sybille Mezger, a designer with an impressive fashion background.
Before launching her own label, Sybille:
- studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp
- trained at the Design Academy in Hamburg
- spent over ten years as Head of Design at Hugo Boss
Her vision for LIV BERGEN was clear — a feminine jersey-focused collection combining comfort, quality and understated sophistication.
The brand began with just eight jersey styles and has grown into an internationally recognised label known for modern casual luxury.
