Each offer is valid for 24 hours only (00:01am–11:59pm).
New surprises are revealed every day from 1st–24th December.
Offers will be shared on Dotique's Instagram and Facebook pages and to email subscribers
Some days will be in-store exclusives at Dotique, others online-only, and a few just for our email subscribers — so make sure you’re signed up!
To redeem in store, just show your email or the social post on your phone at the till

Offers apply to full-price items only at Dotique, unless otherwise stated.
Discounts and giveaways cannot be combined with any other offer or Dotique loyalty reward.
Limited stock available — once sold out, the offer ends.
Refunds will reflect the discounted amount paid.
Giveaway winners will be contacted via our official @dotiqueuk account or from sophie@dotique.co.uk only — beware of fake profiles.
Dotique Gift Cards are valid for 6 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How long is each offer valid for?
Each offer lasts 24 hours only — from 00:01am to 11:59pm on the day it’s announced. Once it ends, it can’t be redeemed afterwards (even if you missed it — that’s all part of the festive fun!).
Where will the daily offers be announced?
We’ll reveal each offer every morning on Instagram, Facebook, and via email to our subscribers. Make sure you’re following us and checking daily so you don’t miss out!
How do I redeem an offer in store?
Simply show the social post or your email at the till on the day of the offer. Our team will take care of the rest!
How do I redeem an offer online?
Enter the daily code at checkout. Each code will be shared in our posts and emails for that day’s offer.
Are the offers the same in every Dotique store?
Yes! All three of our boutiques — Chesterfield, Peak Village, and Witney — will honour the same daily offers unless stated otherwise. Please note that some brands are available only in certain stores, but everything is available online.
Can I use more than one discount at once?
No — each Advent offer runs separately and can’t be combined with other discounts, loyalty rewards, or gift cards.
What if I miss a day?
Each offer is available for 24 hours only, so once it’s gone, it’s gone. But don’t worry — there’ll be something new to enjoy the very next day!
Are subscriber-only offers open to everyone?
Some days are exclusive to our email subscribers — you’ll need to be signed up before the offer goes live to access those.
How will I know if I’ve won a giveaway?
We’ll contact winners directly from our official @dotiqueuk account only. We’ll never ask for personal details or payment — if in doubt, message us first.
Can I return an item bought in an Advent offer?
Yes, our standard returns policy still applies. Any refunds will reflect the discounted amount paid.
Can I redeem an offer over the phone if I can’t get to store?
Yes — absolutely! 💕
If you see something you love but can’t make it in, just give your nearest Dotique boutique a call and we’ll happily process your order over the phone while the offer is still valid.
