Barbour Rudson Quilted Jacket – Black/Ancient LQU1928

The Barbour Rudson Quilted Jacket in Black/Ancient is a longline winter coat combining classic Barbour details with practical everyday warmth. The black recycled-polyester outer features traditional diamond quilting with lightweight padding, while the Ancient tartan lining inside the detachable hood adds a lovely contrast.

A signature cotton corduroy collar, gold-tone hardware and subtle Barbour embroidery on the left pocket flap give this coat its traditional finish. It fastens with a two-way zip beneath a press-stud storm placket, while ribbed inner cuffs help keep out the cold.

Hand-warmer pockets sit above the roomy front bellows pockets, giving you plenty of practical storage. Cut in a straight, regular fit and measuring approximately 109cm at the back, it provides excellent coverage while still leaving room for winter knitwear underneath.

Why We Love It

This is a proper winter Barbour. The black outer makes it incredibly easy to wear, but the Ancient tartan hood lining, cord collar and gold hardware stop it from feeling like just another black coat. I’d wear it with jeans, a cream knit and boots all winter.
