The Coco is a really good one if you love a check but want something a bit different. The black checked cotton has a subtle metallic thread running through it, with embroidery, a little ruffle around the collar and matching ruffled cuffs.

It’s one of those blouses that works brilliantly with jeans — there’s plenty of detail, so the rest of the outfit can stay really simple. We’d wear it with dark denim and boots, or add a cardigan over the top and leave that gorgeous collar showing.

Sophie says: I love the slightly dressed-up feel of this without it actually being dressy. The little bit of lurex running through the check is so good, especially with really simple dark denim.
