This Week at Dotique: New Red Button, Stella Nova, HV Society and a Sunday Surprise

It has been another busy week at Dotique, filled with new deliveries, fresh outfit inspiration and the return of some autumn favourites.

From Red Button layering tops and fleece-lined Robell trousers to a complete window refresh in Witney, here is everything that happened this week—and a little hint about something very exciting arriving on Sunday.

We started the week with a new delivery from Red Button, including some brilliantly useful pieces for autumn layering.

The new Red Button Fine Knit Top has arrived in black, brown and cream. It is soft lightweight and easy to wear beneath a blazer, jacket or cardigan without adding too much bulk.

These are the quieter pieces that end up doing a lot of work in your wardrobe. Wear one with jeans now, then use it as a base layer when the temperature drops.

We also received more of the Red Button Caitlina fine cord trousers. The Caitlina shape has become such a favourite at Dotique, and the soft cord makes it a lovely alternative to denim for autumn.

There was more good trouser news too: the winter Robells have started to arrive.

The bestselling Bella 73cm trousers are back in a cosy fleece-lined fabric, including a gorgeous new Sangria shade, alongside classic black and navy. They have the familiar pull-on waistband and neat slim shape, with an extra layer of warmth for colder days.

Sangria looks particularly lovely with cream, soft pink, grey, navy and chocolate brown.

This week, we also introduced you to Stella Nova’s new Highland Nightclubbing collection—and the denim pieces have already caught your attention.

The collection brings together Scottish influences and the sparkle of a night out, with checks, artwork, feminine details and unexpected finishes.

Two early favourites have been the Stella Nova Denim Dress with Artwork and the matching Stella Nova Denim Shirt with Artwork.

They are denim, but not as you know it. The artwork gives both pieces something genuinely different, while the fabric keeps them easy to work into your everyday wardrobe.

Wear the shirt with simple black or dark-brown trousers and let the artwork do the talking. The dress can be worn now with bare legs and trainers, then taken into autumn with boots and a jacket.

Wednesday was window-changing day at Dotique Witney, with four completely different autumn looks.

Window One: Soft Layers with a Tartan Coat

The first look combined the Red Button Caitlina Fine Cord Trousers in Navy with the cream Part Two ChristinPW Knitted Waistcoat.

We finished it with the Nobody’s Child Diola Brown and Green Tartan Car Coat.

It is a lovely example of how navy, cream, brown and green can all sit together. The waistcoat softens the deeper colours, while the tartan coat brings the whole outfit to life.

Window Two: One Brilliant Printed Dress

The second window was all about the Part Two CilucaPW Green Blurred Flower Dress.

Sometimes one really good dress is all a window needs. The green floral print brings colour to autumn without feeling too bright, and it can be worn with trainers, ankle boots or smarter footwear depending on where you are going.

Window Three: Dolcezza with Coated Barrel Jeans

The third look was the boldest of the four.

We paired the Dolcezza Printed Knit Jacket and coordinating Dolcezza Knit Jumper with the MAC Danni Coated Barrel Jeans.

The coated black jeans give the colourful Dolcezza print a slightly sharper edge. You could wear the jacket and jumper together for the full look, but both are equally good worn separately with simple black trousers or dark denim.

Window Four: The Blazer Dress

Our final window featured the Sofie Schnoor AvinoraSW Fitted Blazer Dress.

It is clean, structured and completely different from the layered looks elsewhere in the window. Wear it as a dress for dinner or an occasion, or try it open as a longline blazer when you want to make more use of it.

Friday brought another new delivery from HV Society.

This is a collection filled with the sort of details that make an autumn outfit feel considered: heritage-inspired prints, checks, textured layers and rich seasonal colours.
