Start with the shape you enjoy wearing. Wide legs fall away from the thigh; barrel legs curve and narrow towards the ankle; tapered legs become slimmer towards the hem.

Conny	High Rise · Wide Leg	Regular through the waist and hips, with room through the leg. A useful starting point for a shorter wide leg.	L28 and L30, plus selected cropped versions.
Colette	High Rise · Wide Leg	Regular fit through the waist and hips, opening into a wide leg. Compare with Conny when you want a longer finish.	Selected denim comes in L31 and L33.
Caitlina	High Rise · Curved / Barrel Leg	A slightly loose shape that curves through the leg and narrows towards the ankle. Side-patch pockets add detail.	Selected denim comes in L29 and L31.
Cayla	High Rise · Barrel Leg	Regular fit with a fuller, curved leg. The shorter finish works well when you want to show your shoes.	L28 in the current denim styles.
Claudette	High Rise · Wide / Palazzo Leg	Regular fit at the waist and hips, with a roomy wide leg. Choose from palazzo denim or the contrast-insert version.	The contrast-insert style is L31; check palazzo versions separately.
Casey	High Rise · Tapered Leg	Slightly loose through the leg before narrowing towards the ankle. Try this if you want room without a wide hem.	The Dark Stone Used style is 30 inches folded or 32 inches unfolded.
Bibette	High Rise · Flared Leg	Regular fit through the hip, opening into a flare. A higher-rise option to compare with Babette.	True Black denim comes in L31 and L33.
Jimmy	Regular Rise · Slim Leg	A closer fit through the leg than the wide and barrel styles. A familiar starting point if you prefer a neater silhouette.	Several lengths are offered; check the exact wash and size.
Babette	Regular Rise · Flared Leg	Regular fit through the hip with a flare below the knee. Compare with Bibette if you prefer a lower waist position.	Lengths vary between washes and versions.
Diana	High Rise · Tapered Leg	Regular fit through the hip with a narrower hem, for a smarter denim shape. The denim edit is separate from Diana trousers.	The Dark Blue denim style has a 30-inch leg.
Kim	High Rise · Shape Varies	The Leopard denim has a straight leg; the Black Strass version has a wider leg. Choose by the individual version, as well as the name.	The current Leopard and Black Strass styles are L30.
Sissy	Regular Rise · Slim Leg	A neat, narrower silhouette. Selected versions have bead or embroidery detailing around the pockets.	Check each version; the Metal Beads style has a 29-inch leg.

Size & Leg-Length Advice

Start with your usual UK size, then read the advice for the exact pair. A wide or barrel leg is designed to have room through the leg. Check that the waist feels comfortable rather than sizing down simply to make the leg narrower.

L28, L30, L31 and L33 refer to the leg length in inches. Compare the stated inside leg with a pair you already wear, measuring along the inside seam from crotch to hem. Consider whether you want an ankle or full-length finish, and which shoes you will wear.

Check turn-ups and fabrics. A folded hem can change the worn length, and stretch denim, cotton denim, cord and faux leather can feel different even within the same named style.
