Maison Hotel Catherine Blouse – Blackout

The Catherine is one of those blouses that makes getting dressed very easy. It’s black, so you’ll wear it with everything, but the all-over embroidery and little ruffled hem stop it feeling like just another black top.

It’s slightly cropped at 52cm, which makes it particularly good with high-waisted jeans — we’d wear it with a wide or barrel leg and let the blouse do the rest.

The mother-of-pearl buttons and band collar are lovely little details, and because everything is kept in black it still feels really easy to wear.
