Great jeans and great service

I called into the boutique on Chatsworth Road, having seen an item online.
I described the item to a lovely and very helpful lady called Rachael, she knew immediately the item I was referring to but explained that the colour I was interested in was at one of the other boutiques.
I tried a different colour on to check that the fit and style suited me and Rachael advised that they could send the correct one directly to me.
Also confirming that if it proved to be unsuitable, I could return it for a full refund, within a given timescale.
Rachael was not pushy in any way, just so helpful!
This boutique is an absolute gem and a credit to Dorothy and her thoughtful team.
I shall most certainly be returning!
