From Shopping around town to a night out, our bags are fully customisable with our patterned straps to suit your look.

Hand-finished and made from premium grained genuine leather by artisans in Italy, our bags feature subtle gold fittings and our own matching leather tassel.

Each of our bags has a double layer reinforced base and includes both a matching slim leather strap and the patterned strap of your choice. Fully adjustable, they are to wear as a crossbody or over the shoulder bag as your mood takes you.

The perfect size for your phone, cards, keys, make-up and other essentials, they come fully lined with an internal zipped change pocket and additional Mobile phone pocket.

DELIVERY

UK Delivery is FREE when you spend over £100, for all other orders P&P is £4.50. 

We aim to post your item(s) the next working day and use Second Class as standard, which takes 2 - 3 days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns of new items, which are unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached, if we receive them within 14 days of purchase and you have provided proof of purchase for a refund (by way of original payment).

Please do not send your purchase(s) back to the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any unwanted items we receive after this time period and these will be sent back to you without reimbursement of postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 - 3 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received confirmation from us of a refund but haven’t received it yet, please ensure you have left 3 days for it to reach your account. If it is still not showing, please contact your Credit Card company and/or Bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note if we cannot identify whether something is faulty, we will send through to our suppliers for them to investigate which may lead to a short delay. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
